The shops r closed and no vehicles on the road, Does this happen in ur country?

Here in India for everyone it's an undeclared off today, bcoz one of the ruling party has called for a full strike ( NOT A SHOP IS OPEN AND NO VEHICLES ON THE ROAD) today, n that too for 24 hours. And this is for the second time...
