Do you use walnuts or raisins in your homemade oatmeal cookies?

I've been thinking about baking a batch of homemade oatmeal cookies lately. But, I haven't decided what I want to put in them. Sure you have all the basic ingredients that have to go into the cookies, like oats, sugar, etc....
