i recently found out i can't have wheat, dairy, corn, and potatoes. buying gluten-free bread from the store is very expensive and i don't mind baking. i bought a mix to make gluten-free rice bread. it was very weird to work with....

Who here loves banana loaf or banana cake?I do, I do, i use to make it all the time but when bananas went up over $10 a kilo i couldnt afford to but i brought some banana's for $5 a kilo the other day and i will be making banana...
