After my visit to the British Museum, I made my way to Waterloo Place. where it was reported a suspected Banksy statue had appeared, overnight, at the end of April. The BBC later confirmed it was a Banksy.

Underneath the rail lines out of Waterloo Station is a 300 metre long tunnel, now known as Leake Street. In the 1960s it was used for storing wine, but today is London’s graffiti tunnel.

A framed version of Banksy's famous mural "Girl with a Red Balloon" was sold at auction at Sotheby's in London last night. The sale price reached £1 million and the hammer went down.
