from all public places? I do not smoke but I can see both sides. I see the non smokers not wanting to be around those who smoke. I also see the smokers point of view about a free country. So what would be the logical way to handle...

Does it bother you that many states/countries are banning smoking in public? Do you get annoyed when other people display bad manners?
