Granson keeps eatting bird seed and dog biscuits.

Our 19 mths old granson lives with us. He is very well feed and heaps to drink. As soon as we turn our backs he is into the bird seed and dog biscuits.. We had them but he always finds them. Gets into the bird cages.....
