how do you clean the black spots off in your bathroom floor tiles?ive been using some stain remover in my bathroom tiles especially on the in between of it..but i had observed that while doing it i sneeze a lot..so just curious on...

My friend has some black spots left on his face due to the scars of pimples and acnes. If any one knows remedy, please suggest. He is uneasy and it has created inferiority complex.
