I know a lot of people think that's pretty gross. I can't help it that I like it that way. But I like a whole bunch different k1nds too. Like good sharp cheddars and gruyry or however it's spelled. What are you favorite cheeses...

cheese, the stinkier the better!

I love a good, stinky cheese with a nice glass of red wine. tellagio, manchego, any ripe blue cheese like Stilton. I also like morbeir which is not that strong but a good accompianmint to softer cheeses. what do you think?
