what does it mean?

I don't know how to post a blog in my profile. Could you help me with this meaning? . I dont know what RSS, XML, or ATOM feed is. Thank you.

Okay I am totally confused about this.....I want to add my blog but I am stuck at the URL/feed thing....this is to link it to mylot right? if so, normally if I wanted to link I would just add the url but I'm not exactly sure what...
