I seem to always be cold! i'm sitting in my pjs with sweat pants and a jacket over top. this is how i usually am even through out the day as long as i'm not going outside i'll be in sweats over my regular clothes. I don't know why...

Hello everyone, i just want to ask if you experience the same thing. Do you feel somewhat electricuted (if that's the term) when you touch someone else's body, hands for example because I do and I'm just wondering what causes it....
