Im planning to have a tatoo. I want to know if what will be your impression to a guy/lady that has tatoo before I push through with it. is there any medical or health effects in getting a tatoo?

this days men and women likes to have tattoo on their body or any parts of the body..for me i think tattoo makes your body messy..how about you what are your views about people having a tattoo?PLZ..share
