is microwave cooking safe?

my mom told me that any food cooked under high temperature causes cancer, i forgot where she got that but i guess its from an article.. and she told me not to use the microwave often, because it has radiation that causes cancer.....

Just 20 years ago, the word cancer spelled doom. This picture has changed now. To day,50% of peop;e with cancer are cured and that goes fo alltypes of cancers and all stages. What do you think...
