In the occurrence of political arena, if in case in your agency, there was a change of management, how would your reation be given that a new management style is in the offing that your are not acceptable with.

What do think about change? Does it give you pain or does change heal? Why people resist change? I guess it is the fear before change which is horrible. After it, change can be for better actually.
