i click on the check mail button even though i checked a minute ago, why

i have this bad habit of just clicking on the check mail button in my mail box too often. in between everyother activity like posting to responding i go back and click tht button. it has become habitual. is there anyone ese here...

I do it at my home. I do when I work. Both goes simultaneously. Where do you go for myLotting or browse or check your mails?

how many times you check your mail everyday? some people like me must check their emails twice or thrice in a day.. !! how many times do you check??
