can baby tiger oscars live with chiclids?

I have a 20 Gallon tank and have 3 varieties of Koi fish, 2 convict Chiclets and an inch long tiger Oscars and they all eat meat together and live together happily. But for how long can i continue like this?

I have quite a few african chiclids in my 50 gal tank. In the last month I have lost 2 of my chiclids What happens is they go to the bottom of the tank where they just lie on their side for many days. Sometimes if you disturb...
