Good evening from Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA where the temperature is 20F. Yes, it's cold out there.
It's been a good day. I'm thankful I got the notifications finished this morning and then I kept my promise to myself. I had a...

"Mary, Did You Know? - Lyrics written by Mark Lowry in 1984 and music written by Buddy Greene in 1991. It was originally recorded by a Christian recording artist, Michael English in 1991.

Sitting here listening to Christmas music and wrapping something to go to the post office. Now I need to get to writing some Christmas cards and letters/notes.

Today was a very good day. I slept in unless you consider I went to bed late, then I got the same number of hours of sleep. I got up at 4 AM instead of 2:30.
I'm thankful for a wonderful day. I saw snowflakes. It didn't last long...

I've been watching Christmas movies since late October. It's just fitting I start listening to Christmas music a week before Thanksgiving. I asked Alexa to play Christian Christmas music. It's been wonderful listening to it and...

Welp, I got the smart TV connected, but it logged me out of Disney+ and wants me to change the password. It's my older sister's account, so she'll look at it later. In the meantime, I'm just going to find something else to watch....

One of my favorite Christmas songs is a more upbeat tune sung by Burl Ives. "Holly Jolly Christmas" was released in 1964 and remains one of the most heard renditions on the radio.
Michael Buble, Antebellum and Alan Jackson are...

"Carol of the Bells" is based on a 1914 Ukranian bell carol. It has been performed in many genres; and there have been several variants of the lyrics including the current song with Christmas references.
It has been covered...

It was almost impossible to choose the next song...there are dozens to pick from!
Today's favorite was recorded by Perry Como in 1954 and 1959; but I'm featuring "(There's No Place Like) Home for the Holidays" by the...

My absolute favorite Christmas song is "Mary Did You Know". My favorite versions are done by Clay Aiken, Kenny Rogers and Pentatonix.
The Pentatonix version is done a cappella (no musical accompaniment) and was recorded in 1984....

Okay, so I've started to listen to Christmas music, and I wanted to start out with Amy Grant's Grown Up Christmas List because the message is a good one, and I'm a huge fan to state the obvious lol.
I hope you enjoy...

Along with the song with the “fly” songs I’m countdown favorites that have an airplane theme to them. Now, @JamesHxstatic didn’t ask for this one, but he’s stuck with it. His discussion about airports is what...

And for you animal lovers out there, what novelty Christmas song presentation would be complete without the Barking Dogs "singing" "Jingle Bells"?
Enjoy!

Many have complained about the "same old Christmas songs"; so I've been bringing you some novelty Christmas songs. Today it's the Chipmunks singing "The Chipmunk Song (Christmas Don't be Late)":

With the hippopotamus song, I'm still in a goofy mood today. Instead of a serious Christmas song, here is "Percy the Puny Poinsettia" by Elmo & Patsy. They were the ones that recorded "Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer":

Not guilty! My husband suggested that I bring this song to you today. It's a fun song recorded in 1953 by Gayla Peevey. She has quite a voice for a young lady of 10. If you watch until the end, you'll see her at age 73 in 2016...

My Christmas song pick of the day is another Mannheim Steamroller tune. "Greensleeves" is often played at Christmas time. This rendition is not the rollicking type that Mannheim Steamroller is famous for...it's a very pleasant,...

As I've mentioned before, Mannheim Steamroller is a neoclassical new-age music group that takes Christmas music and puts a modern twist to it.
Tracks from the "Christmas" CD:
1. Deck the Halls
2. We Three Kings
3. Bring a...

I didn't even know this song existed until I went searching for another Christmas song to bring to you. It's a modern song; and I can't say that it's one of my favorites.
Elton John has sold more than 300 million records which...
