My husband at his Cookery School

My husband, John, has been a chef for more than 40 years. He runs a cookery school in the French Alps, and specialises in food for people who follow a gluten free diet. He is passionate about food, and is always experimenting and coming up with new recipes. Wonderful for me - and I learn a lot too!

ceoliac, disease in a 2 yr old, how long for test results? and general info pls

after 2 years of diarohea my 2 year old son has just had blood tests for ceoliac disease, his peadiatricion said the results will take a month the com back?!?!? why is this and is the the normal...
