Is it good drink coffee many times a day. Some say it is very bad for your health and should reduce it. Many say it is the cause of many troubles in your system. It addicts the person. So what is your opinion???

Every day i must drink a cup of coffee, because i will get headache if i don't drink it. isn't normally ? How about you ? I have read that coffee good for blood circulation in our body. are you agree ?
