composting

Its handy to keep your compost bins in an out of the way area. We have ours behind the shed where its too dark for anything to grow and they are out of sight. We have 4 altogether. The two in the picture,another big one behind them and an old plastic lidded dustbin up near the house for if its too rainy to go down the garden with kitchen scraps. The lidded bin is perforated so it doesn't really get smelly and I add newspaper to help stop flies.
