I have a laptop, and when I first got it I plugged everything in and put the card in the side of it. I think the card is something to do with getting connected to the internet, well when I put it in the laptop it asked me...

I had heard about this last spring and then nothing ...until now. Comcast is the first ISP to start charging for time on the internet. Article says 99% won't be effected by this new "Threshold" (fancy for saying price increase!)...
