What do you do to get cooled off in the HOT weather with no A/C?

Right now, I am SO hot I don't know what to do. I already took a shower. My mom she doesn't want to put the A/C on because she thinks its not hot enough, and would waste money :/ I tried putting wet paper towels in the fridge...
