What do you think of men who wears panties at night?

I know somebody who does that. He's straight, but he has narrow hips, and he loves wearing high cut, cotton panties at night. It's breezier, according to him. Is this true?

My Sister has always worn cotton panties or no panties at all, she maintains that nylon panties cause a hot pocket and perspiration, which in turn causes infections , bacterial and yeast types. Do you think this is true.???
