Do you cross the road when the red light is on?

If there are no cars around , will you walk across the roads even the red light is on, or you will wait until it turns to green light? How about other people ? Do they walk across the road and feel strange on you if you wait...

the road.Now we all know that children are really bad for not looking when crossing the road,but there are just as many adults that also do this.I think that they must all think that the cars will stop for them,but today the roads...
