yesterday i found a survey site named sweepsstake that says it pays instant. what dose it mean instant. does it mean that it will pay direccty to paypal or members account balance. if it is paying then whats minimum payout and how...

Hey guys, i came across this website aclled cashthrunet.com for people living in Asia...It claims to pay for taking surveys and u need to register for 500 indian rupees...Is anyone a member of this or is it a scam site?
