Seriously i'm very tired about unwanted mail from unwanted persons,company. many of online promoting company always sending mails to my mail id. i don't know how to find my email ids and how to i stop this mails. any software...

Do u have the habit of deleting unwanted mails?????? i d'ont delete my mails!! sum of my frendz used to delete unwanted mails every week!!! wat about u??
