Yesterday i had parval pumpkin curry with chapatis. Parval in India means pointed gourd. It is cooked with potatoes and pumpkin. It is a watery curry but very delicious. It can be eaten with both chapatis and also rice.

I eat lot of vegetables and cabbage is one of them. It makes me feel light even after taking a lot of it.I wish know the benefits of eating it ,raw,as well cooked

I love pizza, with all the meanings that this word can bear, i really love it .. it is my favorite food .. espicially vegetable pizza .. i also enjoy making it at home coz i can do it in my own way which i find very delicious...
