Hard Disk Format

Please help me in my problem. I could not be able to format my local disk drive C. I installed my OS in local drive D. However, my problem is I could not be able to format the local drive for C.

Hi. I am having a problem... my disk drive doesnt open at all! It has a green light but thats all!!!! Somebody told i need the exact brand, manufacturer, whatever... to solve it. But i have no idea which one that is! I just know...
