Unbelievable as it sounds France lost to China. France played with their best men and couldn't beat a weak China. Last week they tied a game with Tunisia. What is going on with France?

Is it fair that your boss names your successor while you are still in office?

For me it does not make much sense but it happens in football at least. I mean it is much more wiser to let someone finish his job and than name his successor afterwards. It would be a severe blow my ego if a successor would be...
