hiiii friends ,i have came across opnen DSN website few days ago.,.in many blogs i have read that this dsn servers increase our internet surfing speed..is it real?and how to use this servers? and how come this open DSN servers...

I've noticed over the past few weeks that the domain names bbc.co.uk and cnn.com have not been working every time and I then need to add the www infront of each to pull up the page. Has there been any changes in the way dns...
