Hello Friends... I can feel my food even im watching television than surfing or using my computer because i cannot enjoy my food while using my computer, you have to type or hold the mouse, I cant feel the satisfaction or enjoy...

...Is it a bad habbit...??i have a habbit of eating..snacks specially while watching tv..even after having a good meal.for this i have put on some extra kilos.how to control it..??do u have such habbits..??
