I have added banners on my page from my best paying click sites. But they are sitting on the bottom of the page. I have gone into edit mode and tried to click and drag them to the top of the page but it doesn't work. Can anyone...

Many a times i realize that i have missed out something after submitting my discussion/response...but when i look for the edit discussion option,to my surprise i cannot see anything like that.I am really surprised so as to why...
