How many hours of sleep is enough for young elders?

Is it always 8 hours? How many hours of sleep is considered best for a 20-30 year old people? And do the time of sleep really affects the health of the person even he completes the required 8 hours of sleep?

I'm still a student and not much time could I afford to surf on the Internet..But I like to chat on MYLOT and make friends here while earning a little addtional money...Sometimes if I respond to my friends' discussion too late...
