Gap Between Two Discussions

One of my friends here has started four or five discussions today.I wonder how much time gap should there be between two consecutive discussions so that both of them get proper exposer. Your opinion,please.

Initially my skin is wheatish in complexion but with exposure to the sun it's turned blackish! Since I am in a sales career. I am out in the sun very often. I can't avoid it.How I can deal with this problem? Please help me......
