i just noticed that i have huge and dark bags under my eyes.. I do not have any make up or concealer to hide these eye bags. And I do try and sleep early, but i just can't sleep until it's 10 or 11 pm.

Others told me that I just have to have a good sleep and I did.. But nothing happened.. Some told me that probably it's hereditary.. so does it mean that there's no hope to remove, or at least minimize, these bags under my eyes?...
