i bake a lot, and i love making fairy cakes, well the icing really,... lol but i would love to get better at it... i got my recipe from the back of a bag of caster sugar.. so if anyone have any recipes from else where please tell...

What kind of cake does everyone like best?? And don't say all of em! lol. That's my answer lol which do you prefer? Fruitcake, chocolate cake, fairy cakes, ginger, etc. , etc. the list goes on... This time of year i love...
