Hello guys i really want to know the perfect procedure to get a fat body...well.... you see i have been trying different fatty foods like cheese,milk and egg and so on daily,still nothing much happens....so guys any tips for me...

If you eat a lot of nutritious foods and you work out, it may not matter if you can't fit into your jeans. It's not the number on the scale or the size of your khakis that will kill you, after all it's the elevated blood pressure...
