Lunchtime nap

Yesterday I slept very late and now am feeling very sleepy but before that am going to eat my food and I will take a nap for about three hours and I will feel freeh again. Do you also take a nap after eating food?

i always go to bed earlier than before,get up at the usual time.but i always feel sleepy these days.after supper i always fall asleep as i am watching TV.I always stayed up late and get up early before but seldom feel sleepy.but...
