The amount we should drink depends on the individual, his profession, life style and his health condition. I drink very little water and the fact that I do not drink outside water except for bottled ones makes it even more...

how long do you take a shower?

my longest time in the shower is about 30 minutes but that's only when i'm really feeling hot. the usual time that i'm in there is only 10 to 15 minutes and i have done everything inside like brush my teeth, scrub my body, shampoo...
