How Do You Keep Cool?

What are the ways you have discovered to keep cool in the dog days of summer? Air Conditioning is my first place for relief. I also like eating a lot of cool treats like ice cream and freezies.

When its hot outside what do you like to enjoy to cool you down? do you like ice cream? freezies? popsicles? my personal favourite is frozen fruit juice bars with the bits of fruit. they are remotely healthy and taste really good...
