Has anyone else tried this? I love the stuff. I got it on a whim because I thought it was kind of funny, but it's actually quite excellent. It doesn't remind me of fried ice cream, but I love the little cinnamony and sugar tostado...

do they really fry it? i saw a stand here in our mall and they sell fried ice cream although they don't fry it they just make a liquid wherein it goes solid fast and it looks like it is being fried. What is really fried ice cream?...
