Made 2 batches of Semi-Sweet Fudge today. Was going to do another batch to give to the neighbors, but there was much of it, I had enough out of the 2 batches to fill a large plastic container and 2 small ones.

The heat is more each day lately it seems. Summer instead of spring weather. 88 degrees now, and the app says feels like 91. Three days in a row we have had 90 degrees. That defines a heat wave.
