Gail

Since he had been a kid, Gail had been taught by his religion that the universe was in disarray and that the one known as Lady Xena was supposed to reform the universe. However, she had been too old when she tried, so it was up to Gail when he grew up to find a suitable vessel and revive Lady Xena so she may bring her dragon of negative energy to the fabled Talho Sector, the center of the universe, and blast the entire universe into a new order. Gail himself has a unique power that he has been able to harness since he was a kid: a deadly bolt shot from his fist. He had killed his parents with it and would later kill B-ko with that same bolt. He was surprised when he saw B-ko alive again, but in a way, Gail managed to charm B-ko, and he explained to her the reason for his mission. Gail himself, however, had been rather fooled by B-ko's own charm, and that would be his fatal error because he let his guard down, and B-ko shot him.
