A large shard of glass found inside a glass jar of capers bought at Lidl

I don't remember exactly when it happened but I think it was a few weeks ago that I bought a small glass jar of capers from Lidl. I opened it and ate some capers from it a few times and then haven't gone back to it until today....

Is sugar good for bamboo plants?

I had seen some people in the bamboo plant kept in glass jar put in some sugar in the water. I am wondering is the small amount of sugar helpful for the growth of bamboo plants. Generally some leaves of bamboo plants turn yellow...
