What has changed since Google left China?

For both Google and Chinese Internet surfers,what has apparently change? I just doubt if there is change?Thank the God,Gmails,Picassa,maps,et,all these are like the past.We can hardly leave Google. But are there any diffeneces...

Google China issued that yesterday has ceased in the Google.cn search service on the self-censorship,will the service be relocated to the Hong Kong domain name,hoped that the Chinese Government to respect Google's decision....
