Does anyone know what fish to put with Gouramis?

Hey, I would love it if someone could tell me what kind of fish can live in peace with Gouramis. I have 3 (a blu, a gold, and an opaline) in a 50 gallon and they kill everything else i put in there. Except catfish and my pleco....

my golden gourami is sick! his eyes and fins are inflammed! i've changed his water twice for the past week. :( what could be the problem?
