what matters most?

For the employed ones, what matters most? High pay but rotten boss, or rotten pay but great boss? For me, i can only agree with the first one for some time, but the second one, i'd rather work for less if the boss is great!

work with a man(boss) it's good..but with women it's not easy.because women easy to angry with a small problem..is it right?
