Which is better the anime or the live action movies?

I've more than enough room in my life for both, however some prefer one over the other. What do youu think? A live action movie starring mark hamil, or an anime series?

hey how many people love guyver over here...i used to see it as a kid but couldnt complete the episodes for some reason and now im completenig it thnx to you tube...:)
