Hakuho promoted as the 69th Yokozuna

The Nihon Sumo Kyokai is proud to announce that on May 30, 2007, following a special board of directors meeting, Ozeki Hakuho (Miyagino Beya) was promoted to the rank of Yokozuna. He now becomes the 69th yokozuna in history.
