Can a highbloodpressure pill give you fatigue?

My doctor changed my medcine and I wonder if it could be causing my fatigue.He changed it to one that has a fluid pill in it.

Does anyone feel that the root of all diseases today are our living habits? Like parties all night,work stress,competition at all stages in education,jobs and promotion?
