what is the best thing to do to combat the herpes!i have some problems with this virus! i get it when i am stressed and when i eat something that i don`t like!i use ACYCLOVIR pills!they are very good but if yoy know something...

hi frnds, i m suffering from ibs from 4 months. immediately after having my food, motion will come. it happens 4-5 times daily.it is causing a lot of discomfort to me. so plzz tell me what precautions i should take.thank u.
